Having worked in real estate sales and then finance, my husband and I decided to embark on the journey of starting our own business, Nexus Loans. This decision stemmed from the valuable insights and experiences I gained in both industries, where I identified gaps that needed to be filled.

Throughout my career, I noticed a disconnect between clients and traditional lending institutions, often resulting in missed opportunities due to inadequate financing options. Many clients struggled to find personalized financing solutions that truly met their needs. I encountered numerous instances where clients were declined by banks, yet I was able to provide them with viable options that made their dreams of homeownership a reality.

In my former role in real estate, I learned firsthand the significance of seamless transactions and the pivotal role that financing plays in these transactions. It became abundantly clear that the choice between a mortgage broker, a bank, the solicitor or conveyancer you choose, and even the real estate agent could significantly impact your experience as a buyer or seller either negatively or positively. i This is why I always align myself with the top industry experts in each field involved in the real estate world as to further enhance my clients experience.

Transitioning into my current role as a mortgage broker and business owner, I bring with me the lessons learned from the world of real estate and finance. I now have the privilege of offering a more personalized and thoughtful approach to clients—both buyers and sellers. Unlike the rigid processes often associated with traditional banks, my focus is on crafting tailored financing solutions that align seamlessly with the unique goals and circumstances of each client.

With more financing options available and the connections I have in the financing and real estate industry, I am able to best match my clients’ financing and real estate needs and goals that align perfectly with them. My main focus is on making the experience for my clients as pleasurable as possible.
